About this copy

All Star Comics #8 (Dec 1941/Jan 1942) introduced Princess Diana of Themyscira to the world. Created by psychologist William Moulton Marston and illustrated by H.G. Peter, Wonder Woman broke every convention of the era — a powerful female hero in a male-dominated genre.

This CGC 5.0 VG/FN copy shows only moderate wear; the Harry Peter cover retains strong colour saturation. The interior 'Introducing Wonder Woman' story is complete and clearly readable.

One of the three most important debut books in DC's Golden Age — alongside Action Comics #1 and Detective Comics #27.
