What we use
We keep this deliberately minimal. Besides the essential cookies and local storage that make the cart, sign-in and checkout work, the only optional cookies are Google's measurement cookies (Google Analytics and Merchant Center), which are only set where the law allows it without your consent, and Microsoft Clarity's usage cookies. Everything kept in your browser is listed below.

Essential versus optional
The cart, sign-in, currency and two-factor entries are essential — checkout and your account cannot work without them. The Google Analytics cookies are optional: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they are switched off by default and the tag only sends anonymous, cookieless counts. The Microsoft Clarity cookies are set on every visit and only tie together the pages of one visit; typed text is masked. We run no advertising or profiling cookies, so there is nothing here to sell or share.
Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and local storage from its privacy settings. Clearing local storage will empty your saved cart and sign you out.
Blocking local storage will prevent the cart, sign-in and checkout from working. Everything else on the site, including the whole store and every policy page, will still work fine.
Third-party content
The maps on our home page and contact page are embedded from Google Maps and are subject to Google's own privacy and cookie practices. They load lazily, so nothing is set until a map scrolls into view.
Visit statistics are measured with the Google tag (Google Analytics and Merchant Center), which sets the _ga cookies listed above where permitted and otherwise runs cookieless. Your IP address is truncated by Google before storage and we never send it your name, email address or order details. Google's handling of this data is described in its own privacy policy.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through heatmaps and session replays. Clarity sets the _clck and _clsk cookies listed above, masks text typed into forms, and is subject to Microsoft's own privacy statement.
